Downtown Delray Beach Gets New Parking Garage
Worthing Place Developer Adds 202 more parking spaces

Delray Beach, FL-Thursday, February 1, 2007- Parking in downtown Delray Beach will get much easier and just in time for the holidays. Southcoast Partners announced today the expected completion of the new five story-parking garage will be completed this month. The new parking garage is located on First Avenue immediately south of Atlantic Avenue and adds 202 more spaces of free public parking.

Shortly after Southcoast Partners completes the construction of the  $7.5 million parking garage it will begin construction of Worthing Place on a three-acre Atlantic Avenue site between Southeast First and Southeast Second avenues.

Worthing Place www.worthingplacefl.com will have 217 one-, two- and three- bedroom luxury condominiums with prices starting from $350,000. The exciting luxury condominium residences will include resort-like features and amenities including concierge services, valet, fitness, poolside services, and dining, lounging and social areas.
